"Food For Thought #1 - Love For those of you who checked my site earliar today, the Subject was different than the one that is up now. And obviously this message wasn't here either. I originally decided to write this thought about Love just because. Then I read this column about poetry, and I just felt like I had to start a little project. Its kinda to get more responses, but I'm honestly interested in what some people think about certain subjects, like for instance this first Food For Thought - Love. When was the last time someone who wasn't related to you like a friend said "I Love You" to you? Do you remember the feeling that you had in your heart? Do you remember what thought went through your mind? Do you remember how you reacted? Isn't it interesting? Just hearing those three words can make your whole body feel (for lack of a better word) tingly? It seems that those words, strike a chord in us, making us feel the way we do when we hear it. When someone just randomly says it, you just wanna say it back. You feel kinda better when you say it. And when someone truly says it and means it, you not only hear it, but feel it. Its funny how sometimes, those words seem so foreign. And they are. You don't really hear it all the time, and its a really rare occasion when someone means it and says it. Even reading the word "Love" strikes a chord within me. What is "Love" anyway? I'm kinda curious what you guys would say. Leave me a comment. Tell me your definition of "Love" and what does it mean to you." Now heres the one comment I got: "love is a never-ending long held passion for someone else. it has no true discription. it is held in the eye of the beholder just like beauty. when you find it you will not know, you will never know. it sometimes comes as a shock. whatever experiences you may have with it you will still have yet to know the true meaning. you must learn not to let it go, for when the feeling is strong it is true, and it remains that way for the rest of your life even if you try to leave it. but it does exist, no matter if you feel it or not. never forget. *krystal*" And for those of you who don't know, krystal is Midoriryu. I think I shall add onto that post: We all know, there is some many types of Love. Friendship, Family, and your basic Love. I have found many Loves in my life. Even now, I can honestly say that I Love these people. I was sitting in David's car today, listening to 311, and I just thought "I have a unique set of friends. I probably don't need anymore, but couldn't smile properly if I didn't have one of you as my friend." And there are so many of you. There are...10 of you. Just listen to Midoriryu's words. They pretty much speak what I want to get at. Good Luck Everyone, with finding Love, any of them. I see it all around me, the different types. Never give up on finding one, because its right there in front of you. - Akaryu I have decided, that with no new material, I'll post some of my old ones. First with the Food For Thoughts. Because I now have a larger audience (slightly larger?), I should post some of the old stuff. So ya, tonight is the first Food For Thought. I think I'll add onto it, if I have any more to say about the subject that I failed to mention last time. At the end of this project of bringing back the old, I'll have a new one ready, hopefully.
